- This standard specifies the general requirements for ultrasonic testing of copper alloy forgings, test blocks, testing conditions and sensitivity adjustment, defect assessment, quality grade and testing reports, etc. This standard is applicable to the ultrasonic testing of copper alloy forgings with a thickness greater than or equal to 12mm using the Type A pulse reflection ultrasonic testing method.
