Scope

This part specifies the target-through and target-break measurement methods for the static explosion power test of the surface-kill missile warhead fragment initial velocity test. This part applies to the test of the initial velocity of fragments in the static explosion power test of the surface-kill missile warhead. The initial velocity test of other fragmentation warheads can be carried out by reference.
