Scope

This standard stipulates the quality requirements, inspection, transportation, transfer, storage, filling and other technical rules and safety requirements for the use of dinitrogen tetroxide in space launch sites. This standard applies to the acceptance, use and management of dinitrogen tetroxide at space launch sites. Other occasions where dinitrogen tetroxide is used can also be implemented by reference.
