- This standard specifies the access standards for sludge quality from urban sewage treatment plants used for land improvement (saline-alkali land, sandy land and abandoned mine soil), and specifies the technical requirements and precautions for sludge application. This standard applies to the planning, design and management of sludge disposal in urban sewage treatment plants. The quality of the sludge excavated from drainage pipes for land improvement may refer to this standard.
