This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) determination method for the content of phthalates in food. This standard applies to the determination of the content of phthalates (16 types, see Appendix A) in food. The detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of each phthalate compound in oil-containing samples is 1.5 mg/kg, and the detection limit of each phthalate compound in oil-free samples is 0.05 mg/kg .
