Scope

This standard specifies the scope, basic principle, test method, test data and report of skin allergy test-local lymph node method. This standard is applicable to the detection of skin allergy caused by chemicals, that is, the detection of lymphocyte proliferation response in the induction stage of skin allergy, and can provide quantitative data for evaluating dose-response.
