Scope
Scope This guiding technical document stipulates the basic requirements for safety protection and structure, inspection items and inspection methods, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation systems (including DC type and AC type), and the provision for users. Relevant requirements of the documentation. This guiding technical document is applicable to AC and DC portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation systems. It can be used in non-hazardous indoor or outdoor places such as commercial, industrial and residential. This guidance technical document does not apply to fuel cell power generation systems for road vehicles. Fuels available for products within the applicable scope of this guidance technical document include: hydrogen, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (such as propane, butane, etc.), liquid alcohols (methanol, ethanol), gasoline, kerosene, diesel, chemical hydrides and metals (such as zinc and aluminum). Similar fuels and oxidizers other than air, if the special hazards associated with them are controlled by additional measures, this guidance technical document does not exclude the use. 1.1 System Boundary The overall design of the portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system (hereinafter referred to as "portable fuel cell system") specified in this guiding technical document should partially or fully integrate the following subsystems into a whole to achieve the specified functions . Specifically include: - fuel treatment system; - oxidizer treatment system; - thermal management system; - power regulation system; - automatic control system; - fuel cell module; - fuel supply system; - auxiliary power supply; - ventilation system; - water treatment system. The block diagram of the portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system is shown in Figure 1. 1.2 Equivalent safety requirements These requirements do not exclude designs and structures not specified in this part, as long as these designs and structures have been tested and verified and included in the portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system (hereinafter referred to as "portable system") within the file. When selecting the design and structure, the materials and process methods used should be evaluated so that the selected design and structure can meet the requirements specified in this technical guidance document. This guidance technical document does not include gaseous or liquid fuel containers and their connecting components other than the portable system itself. 1.3 Description Unless otherwise specified, all pressures in this technical guidance document refer to gauge pressure.
