Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters, lubrication and carrying capacity, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, signs and packaging of three series of PWU, PWO, and PWS plane quadratic enveloping toroidal worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). . This standard is applicable to the reduction transmission of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, construction and other industries. The applicable working conditions of this standard: The intersection angle of the two shafts is 90°; the worm speed does not exceed 1500r/min; the center distance is 80mm-710mm, the speed ratio is 10-63; At 0°C, the lubricating oil should be heated above 0°C before starting); the worm shaft can run forward and reverse.
