Scope

This standard specifies methods for measuring the dimensions of each part of rubber and plastic hoses (hereinafter referred to as hoses), including hose assemblies. Dimensional measurement items include inner diameter, outer diameter, reinforcing layer outer diameter (applicable to hydraulic hoses), wall thickness, uneven thickness, inner and outer layer thickness, and inner diameter and length of the hose assembly. .
