- Scope
- This part of GB/T 21815 specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reports for the shake flask test of biodegradability of chemicals in seawater. This part is suitable for testing and evaluating the biodegradability in seawater of organic substances that are soluble in water (solubility in water is greater than 25 mg/L in terms of C), have no obvious loss due to volatility during the test, and have no obvious adsorption . This section does not apply to organic substances whose solubility in water is less than 5 mg/L in terms of C.
