Scope
This part specifies the method summary, reagents and materials, instruments, samples, analysis steps, result calculation and method precision for the determination of carbon element in sintered gadolinium oxide-uranium dioxide (GdO-UO) pellets. This section applies to the determination of carbon content in GdO-UO pellets. It is also suitable for the determination of carbon content of GdO-UO powder. When the sampling amount is 0.5g, the mass fraction range of measured carbon is (10~1000) μg/g.
