- This part specifies the method summary, reagents, instruments, samples, analysis steps, and method precision for the determination of nitrogen in sintered gadolinium oxide-uranium dioxide (GdO-UO) pellets. This section applies to the determination of nitrogen content in GdO-UO pellets. It is also suitable for the determination of nitrogen content in gadolinium-containing uranium dioxide powder and gadolinium-containing uranium octoxide. When the sampling amount is 0.5g, the mass fraction range of measured nitrogen is (10-200) μg/g.
