Scope
This part specifies the reagents, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, Analytical procedures, calculation of results, and method precision. This section is applicable to the determination of 11 impurity elements of aluminum, iron, calcium, chromium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, titanium and vanadium in sintered GdO-UO core blocks with a maximum mass fraction of gadolinium oxide of 12%. It is also suitable for the determination of 11 impurity elements including aluminum, iron, calcium, chromium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, titanium and vanadium in nuclear-grade gadolinium-containing uranium octoxide powder. When the sampling volume is 0.2 g, the quantitative determination range of the method is shown in Table 1.
