Scope

This calibration specification specifies the measurement characteristics, calibration conditions, calibration items, calibration methods, processing of calibration results and recalibration time intervals of the large-scale measurement system-laser tracker (hereinafter referred to as laser tracker). This calibration specification applies to newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired laser trackers.
