- This standard specifies the terminology, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of diesel/natural gas dual-fuel engines used in the oil and gas industry. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of diesel/natural gas dual-fuel engines (hereinafter referred to as engines) for the oil and gas industry. Dual-fuel engines using diesel and other flammable gases as fuel may refer to the implementation.
