- This standard specifies the basic requirements for the division of geotechnical engineering investigation work stages for groundwater sealed caverns, investigation methods, classification of surrounding rock, evaluation of surrounding rock stability and preparation of investigation reports. This standard applies to geotechnical engineering investigation work for underground water sealing cavern projects (including groundwater sealing oil reservoirs, LPG caverns, etc.).
