Scope
This part specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, sample preparation, analysis steps, calculation of analysis results, tolerances, and quality control and requirements for the determination of chromium content in superalloys using the ammonium persulfate oxidation-ferrous volumetric method. This section is applicable to the determination of chromium content in high-temperature alloys and also to the determination of chromium content in steel. Measuring range: 0.10% ~ 50.00%.
