Scope
This standard specifies the aqua regia reflux digestion atomic absorption determination method for copper, zinc, nickel, chromium, lead and cadmium in soil. This standard applies to the determination of copper, zinc, nickel, chromium, lead and cadmium in soil. Copper, zinc, nickel, and chromium in soil are suitable for flame atomic absorption method; lead content in soil above 25 mg/kg is suitable for flame atomic absorption method, and lead content below 25 mg/kg is suitable for graphite furnace atomic absorption method; in soil The cadmium content above 5 mg/kg is suitable for flame atomic absorption method, and the cadmium content below 5 mg/kg is suitable for graphite furnace atomic absorption method. The detection limits of this standard method are Cu 2mg/kg, Zn 0.4mg/kg, Ni 2mg/kg, Cr 5mg/kg, Pb 5mg/kg (flame method), Cd 0.2mg/kg (flame method), Pb 0.1mg /kg (graphite furnace method), Cd 0.01mg/kg (graphite furnace method).
