- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical procedures for seedling cultivation, planting, and field management of rice seedling throwing technology. This standard is applicable to rice fields with good drainage and irrigation conditions in various rice growing areas across the country. No-till and seedling-throwing fields should have sufficient water resources, convenient drainage and irrigation, flat fields, deep tillage layers, and strong water and fertilizer retention, rather than drought-prone and sandy fields.
