- This standard specifies a method for the determination of tert-butylhydroxyanis le (BHA), 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in vegetable oils by high-performance liquid chromatography. . This standard is applicable to the determination of tert-butylhydroxyanis le (BHA), 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in vegetable oils. The detection limit of this method is TBHQ is 1.0mg/kg, BHA is 1.0mg/kg, and BHT is 0.5mg/kg.
