Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of tannin content in fruits, vegetables and products using UV-vis ble spectrophotometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of tannin content in fruits, vegetables and wine. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.01mg/kg, and the linear range is 0mg/L ~ 5.0mg/L.
