Scope
This standard provides methods for using infrared thermal imaging cameras to detect live equipment, instrument requirements, instrument application scope, defect judgment basis and infrared data management regulations, etc. The use of infrared thermometers (spot thermometers) can be implemented with reference to this specification . This standard applies to equipment of all voltage levels with current, voltage heating effects or other heating effects, including motors, transformers, reactors, circuit breakers, isolating switches, transformers, bushings, power capacitors, lightning arresters, power cables, busbars, Wires, insulators, combination electrical appliances, low-voltage electrical appliances and secondary circuits, etc.
