- This part of JB/T 5814 specifies the series and basic parameters of wire and cable pulling equipment. This section applies to drawing equipment for drawing non-ferrous metal wires for wire and cable conductors, including copper, aluminum and their alloy wires, as well as the above-mentioned various wires with coatings. The wire drawing equipment specified in this section can also be used to draw metal wires for other purposes. In addition to drawing round wires, the wire drawing equipment specified in this section can also be used to draw special-shaped metal wires.
