Scope
This standard specifies the elements and relationships between the elements, implementation processes, work forms, and principles to be followed for risk assessment of telecommunications network and Internet security, as well as different requirements and implementation points at different stages of the life cycle of telecommunications networks and the Internet. This standard applies to risk assessment work for telecommunications networks and the Internet. This standard can be used as an overall guiding document for security risk assessment of telecommunications networks and the Internet. For security risk assessment of specific networks, please refer to the security protection requirements and security protection detection requirements of specific networks.
