This standard is applicable to urine analyses for the
detection of rapidly growing bactena and yeasts
which can be cultured aerobically.
This standard is not applicable to the detection
of mycobacteria, mycoplasmas, chlamydiae,
leptospirae, obligate anaerobic bacteria, venereal
pathogens, other fungi, parasites, and viruses.
