- This part of GB/T 21559 specifies the calculation method for the basic dynamic load rating and basic rating life of linear motion rolling bearings, which are applicable to contemporary, commonly used, high-quality hardened bearing steels, manufactured according to good processing methods, and rolling contact surfaces The shape is basically a linear motion rolling bearing of conventional design. This section also specifies the definition of linear motion rolling bearing life and the conditions for reliable life calculation. This standard does not apply to the design of rolling elements running directly on the sliding surface of mechanical equipment, unless the surface is equivalent in all respects to the raceway of linear motion rolling bearing parts.
