- This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of alkali-resistant refining penetrant products. This standard applies to product quality control of anionic alkali-resistant refining penetrants. This product is mainly used for desizing, scouring, bleaching and other pre-treatments of cotton, linen and their blended fabrics.
