Scope

This specification covers an emulsion-type cleaner in the form of a liquid. This cleaner has been used typically for removing soils from painted and unpainted exterior metal surfaces of aircraft by a wipe-on, wipe-off procedure not requiring a water rinsing operation, but usage is not limited to such applications.
