Scope: This standard specifies the determination of the corrosion protection properties of lubricating greases using greased tapered roller bearings under wet conditions. This standard is formulated according to the CRC technical document L41 which can express the corresponding relationship between the laboratory evaluation results and the actual use results of aircraft wheel bearings lubricated with grease. This standard does not intend to point out all safety issues. Therefore, before using this standard, users should establish appropriate safety and protection measures and determine the applicable management system.
