- Scope
- This standard specifies the limit value of energy efficiency, evaluation value of energy saving, energy efficiency grade, test method and inspection rules of speed controllable room air conditioners. This standard applies to air-cooled condensers, fully enclosed speed-controllable electric compressors, cooling capacity of 14,000W or less, and speed-controllable room air conditioners with climate type T1. The speed controllable type referred to in this standard includes other ways to change the speed of the compressor such as AC frequency conversion and DC speed regulation. This standard does not apply to portable air conditioners, fixed-speed air conditioners, and multi-connected air conditioners.
