The purpose of this standard is to indicate the methods for identifying errors which, as a whole, are limited by the tolerances referred to in UNI 8104 Part 1', including some particular cases in greater detail not analyzed there. The standard also provides examples of different errors occurring at the same time. On the subject of tolerances, also in view of having to treat them statistically*, dimensional variations that can be correctly called deviations will be indicated below with the general term of errors.
