It agrees with the CEI 03-59 standard of the European Committee of Associations of Paint and Printing Ink Manufacturers. By fastness of an ink to water we mean the fastness of a sample print, examined as in UNI 5774, and prepared according to UNI 5772. A print is considered solid to water when it does not change color and does not bleed under the conditions test. The print is pressed between two damp filter papers, and then judged for color change and fading. Equipment and reagents. Method. Grayscale.
