Scope
It agrees with the CEI 09-60 standard of the European Committee of Associations of Paint and Printing Ink Manufacturers. By fastness of an ink to edible oils and fats, we mean the fastness of a sample print examined according to UNI 5779, and prepared according to UNI 5772. By fastness of a print to edible oils and fats we mean the its resistance to the action of the products that have been tested. The print is placed, with the printed part controlling the grease needed for the test in order to ensure perfect control with the entire surface of the print itself. The alterations of the print and the discoloration on the fat are then examined. Method. Assessment. Equipment and reagents.
