The method of this unification has the aim of determining the fastness of dyes on textiles, in all their transformation phases, during the manufacturing process which consists in eliminating vegetal impurities, by treatment with sulfuric acid at high temperature. The test method applies especially to wool and mixed fibers containing wool with other textile fibres.
