It agrees with the CEI 08-60 standard of the European Committee of Associations of Paint and Printing Ink Manufacturers. By fastness of a cheese ink we mean the fastness of a sample print, examined according to UNI 5778, and prepared according to UNI 5772. By fastness of a cheese print we mean its fastness to the action of the cheese used for the test. A print is considered to be solid to the cheese under examination if it has undergone only negligible alteration under the test conditions and if the cheese does not show any coloration and the support has not been altered.
