Scope

This unification concerns the method for the quantitative determination of the components of natural or synthetic elastomer compounds, raw or vulcanised, which are saponifiable with potassium hydrate in ethanolic solution, after elimination of the extractable components with a mixture of acetone and chloroform, as indicated in UNI 4908.
