Scope

Prezentul standard ESPA stabile?te metoda titrimetrica pentru determinarea con?inutului de iod total (ioduri si ioda?i) din clorura de sodiu. Metoda se aplic? la produsele cu un con?inut de iod (exprimat ca I) egal sau mai mare de 3,5 mg pe kilogram sare.
