Scope

This standard specifies requirements and tests to check the safety in service and the dimensional interchangeability of bayonet lampholders as listed in Table 1 for use with corresponding bayonet lamp caps as specified in BS 5101 : Part 1, and for use on supply voltages up to 250 V.
