Scope
This Standard is intended to establis the process for searching for the following antioxidants in edible fats and oils: nor-dihydroguayretic acid (NDGA): butylhydroxyanis le (BHA) (E 320); butylhydroxytoluene (BHT) (E 321); propyl gallate (GP) (E 310); octyl gallate (GO) (E 311); dodecyl gallate (GD) (E 312); a -tocopherol (E 307); terthiobutylhydroquinone (TBHQ).
