(2) - Leclanché flattened batteries, (3) - mercury batteries. (4) - silver oxide batteries, (5) - alkaline manganese dioxide batteries. (6) - sealed nickel-cadmium batteries. (7) - watch batteries. (8) - high amperage batteries. B - Batteries. (1) - batteries for lighting. (2) - batteries for intermittent security lighting (3) - batteries for transis orized hearing aid devices. (4) - batteries for transis ors. (5) - batteries with high and low voltage terminals. The tests are intended to evaluate the behavior of cells and batteries, under simulated service conditions. The description and drawings of terminals of various types are also indicated.
