Scope
This standard describes a method for determining the pH of cheese, processed cheese and whey cheese. Note Detailed instructions regarding the measurement of the pH of dairy products, the use of the devices and the prevention and elimination of malfunctions are given in the booklet "pH measurement in the dairy industry" (publis ed by the Royal Dutch Dairy Association FNZ, The Hague 1978).
