The method applies to the examination of bathing water with a urea content of at least 2umol/l (= 0.1 mg/l). Urea levels up to 100 µmol/l (= 6 mg/l) can be determined in the analysis sample. Note The urease activity is not reduced by sodium and potassium at levels found in bathing water.
