This standard provides a method for determining the equivis osity temperature (EVT) of bitumen and tar products from the kinematic vis osity, determined at at least two different temperatures. The standard applies to bitumen, flowable bitumen, tar and tar bitumen, the vis osity of which can be described as a function of temperature in the relevant temperature range using the Walther equation.
