The standard applies to water with an aluminum content of at least 0.01 mg/l. This method only determines aluminum contents that are dis olved at pH 1.5. See also NEN 6529 "Boiler water - Sampling". The determination is dis urbed by the presence of more than 70 µg of iron in the analysis sample. Notes 1. Interference due to the presence of polyphosphate can be eliminated (see 9.1). 2. If more than 35 µg of fluoride is present in the analysis sample, the determination is dis urbed. This can be corrected (see 9.2).
