The standard applies to the preparation of calibration gases with a concentration of NO in N2 of 10 - 5000 cm3/m3. The inaccuracy of the indicated method is less than 1% relative. Note NO concentrations ≤ 10 cm3/m3 can be prepared by a combination of gravimetrically prepared span gas with a dynamic dilution method.
