Scope

This standardizing instruction establishes the objectives and procedure for the execution of the Metrological Expertise of the draft state standards. This instruction complements what is established in INC 12:78 "National System of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control. Expertise of draft state standards, regarding the execution of metrological expertise of draft state standards ( hereinafter "metrological expertise") refers.
