Scope

This standard establis es the general requirements for sampling sediments from the bottom of seas, estuaries, lakes, reservoirs, canals and river beds in order to determine their contamination according to chemical, hydrobiological and microbiological indicators. The analysis of the samples will allow us to know the dis ribution, levels and depth of specific contaminants in the evaluated areas.
