Scope

This standard establis es the rules for the selection, collection and conservation of scrap and waste of metals and non-ferrous alloys that will be complied with by the supplying sources where they originate and by the Raw Materials Recovery Companies, for subsequent reuse as secondary raw materials. would be in the national metallurgical industry or destined for export, duly classified.
