Scope

This standard establis es the methods and means for the verification of photoelectric pyrometers by the method of direct comparis n with the standard temperature lamp, intended for measuring temperature in the range from 1 073 to 2 273 K (from 800 up to 2 000 °C) with a maximum permis ible error from 5 to 20 K.
