Scope

This standard establis es general fire protection requirements for the construction of industrial buildings and warehouses. It will be fulfilled in projects of new works, reconstructions or adaptations, and in works in operation. This standard is not applicable in the following cases: 　——In industrial works related to the production, use and storage of explosives. In facilities intended for the extraction and transportation of oil or gas.
